Overview

to.it.com provides a notice-and-action mechanism for content on the Service that you believe is illegal, abusive, malicious, or otherwise harmful.

This includes public profile pages, mini landing pages, bento-style widgets, short links, redirect destinations, QR-code destinations, public campaign paths, uploaded media, and other content hosted or routed by to.it.com.

We process notices in good faith and in accordance with applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act, where relevant.

02

Who may report

Any person or entity may submit a notice, including users, visitors, creators, communities, brands, rights holders, authorities, platforms, and members of the public.

You do not need a to.it.com account to report allegedly illegal content.

03

Information to include

Your notice should be sufficiently precise and substantiated so that we can locate the content and assess the allegation.

  • Your name and contact details, including email address. Add a postal address if you prefer written correspondence.
  • A clear explanation of why you consider the content illegal or abusive, with reference to applicable law where possible.
  • The exact URL or sufficient information to locate the content, such as the to.it.com profile URL, short link, QR destination, campaign path, page handle, block, or redirect.
  • Screenshots, copies, headers, destination URLs, or other evidence that helps us understand the issue.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the information and allegations are accurate and complete.
  • If you act on behalf of someone else, documentation or explanation of your authority to do so.

04

What happens next

We acknowledge receipt where appropriate and review notices without undue delay. Review timing may depend on the urgency, completeness, complexity, legal context, and risk of harm.

We may remove, restrict, disable, block, rate-limit, or otherwise address content, pages, short links, redirects, QR codes, accounts, workspaces, or destinations that we find to be manifestly illegal, malicious, abusive, or incompatible with our Terms.

We may contact you for clarification. Where applicable law provides for counter-notice, appeal, or statement-of-reasons procedures, we will inform affected parties as required.

For urgent threats, active phishing, malware, child safety concerns, or immediate risk of serious harm, include “Urgent” in the subject line and provide as much actionable detail as possible.
