to.it.com provides a notice-and-action mechanism for content on to.it.com that you believe is illegal. We process notices in good faith and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA) and applicable French law.
Any person or entity may submit a notice, including users, rights holders, authorities, and members of the public.
Your notice should be sufficiently precise and substantiated. Please include:
- Your name and contact details (email; postal address if you prefer written correspondence).
- A clear explanation of why you consider the content illegal, with reference to applicable law where possible.
- The exact URL(s) or sufficient information to locate the content on the Service (project, report, dashboard page, or account area, etc.).
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the information and allegations are accurate and complete.
- Where you act on behalf of someone else, documentation of your authority to do so.
- We acknowledge receipt where appropriate and review the notice without undue delay.
- We may remove, restrict access to, or otherwise address content we find to be manifestly illegal or incompatible with our policies and the law.
- We may contact you for clarification. Decisions are taken in accordance with the DSA and our Terms of Service.
- Where applicable law provides for counter-notice or appeal procedures, we will inform affected parties as required.
